Rosetta Hall stands as a vibrant culinary and cultural hub, offering an immersive experience that transcends the traditional food hall concept. This three-story establishment in downtown Boulder seamlessly blends global cuisines, craft beverages, live entertainment, and breathtaking rooftop views to create a dynamic gathering place for both locals and those just passing through. Rosetta Hall is home to eight unique restaurant concepts, all run by its own team of talented chefs. Instead of renting out spaces to separate vendors, everything is done in-house for a more consistent and high-quality experience. The menus cover a wide range of global flavors—Thai, Italian, Japanese, Latin American, Middle Eastern, American, and French desserts. There is never a shortage of new and exciting things to try.

Along with the global eats, Rosetta Hall has no shortage of drink options. Two bars serve up seasonal craft cocktails like fresh-squeezed citrus, small batch spirits, and hits like the Alameda Margarita and Barcelona Spritz. Want something more low-key? Head to the rooftop for killer Flatiron views, cozy cabanas, fire pits, and chill grassy spots (open April to November). Down on the mezzanine, Gracia is the go-to for creative coffee drinks made with local, fair-trade beans. All for a welcoming vibe that’s perfect for meetups, fundraisers, or just hanging out.

Of course, Rosetta Hall isn’t just about the food. It’s also a space where music and energy intertwine. Tuesdays feature live bands starting at 6 PM, from bluegrass to jazz and rock, all powered by a top of the line sound system. Thursday through Saturday, it turns into a dance floor with DJs spinning everything from house to hip hop. The whole space was designed to feel like an immersive show, where food, music, and style all come together. With an open kitchen setup, chefs are front and center, adding to the vibe and making the experience feel more connected and interactive.
